Pamela is a Psychiatric APRN with over seven years of experience as a registered nurse in psychiatry, women's health, and community health. She also has more than five years of experience as a case manager, supporting unhoused and formerly unhoused individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders. Pamela earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Joseph, specializing in psychiatric-mental health nursing (PMHNP), and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Pamela has worked with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, thought disorders (such as schizophrenia), and ADHD. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their journey toward enriched and meaningful lives. Her approach focuses on encouraging, empowering, and fostering resilience through collaborative, person-centered care. Pamela believes in solution-focused, collaborative work that aligns with clients' personal goals and recovery.
A Connecticut native, Pamela has lived in various parts of the country and enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and attending concerts and musicals. She values exploring new places and experiences, which has deepened her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. In her personal and professional life, Pamela is committed to supporting individuals in living authentic and resilient lives, believing that true well-being comes from embracing one's unique journey.
