Dr. Tonya Goodman APRN
Doctor of Nursing Practice / PMHNP-BC
Dr. Goodman is the founder of Restoration Health and Wellness Services LLC. She is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree. She has more than seventeen years of experience working with adults with complex medical, intellectual, and psychiatric disorders. Her nursing experience includes working in critical care, med-surg, with individuals with developmental disabilities, and in behavioral health. She obtained her doctorate in nursing practice in healthcare leadership from Chamberlain University with a focus on managing generalized anxiety disorders in the adult population with holistic approaches such as "Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy." She obtained her MSN from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. Her education and training in advanced nursing practice focused on providing care across the lifespan to individuals with a variety of mental health disorders, earning her a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Dr. Goodman has practiced in the inner city in outpatient community settings, acute care hospitals, long-term nursing care facilities, and private practice. Her many years of diverse experiences have prepared her for an advanced practice nursing role with a broad spectrum of focus in managing disorders such as substance abuse, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, intermittant explosive disorders, and ADHD. Dr. Goodman utilizes a comprehensive, holistic approach to patient care and carefully considers all aspects of healing. Her mission is to mend health disparities and promote integrated health care by providing the best treatment regardless of race, culture, spirituality, religion, or gender.
Pamela Line APRN
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-BC
Pamela is a Psychiatric APRN with over seven years of experience as a registered nurse in psychiatry, women's health, and community health. She also has more than five years of experience as a case manager, supporting unhoused and formerly unhoused individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders. Pamela earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Joseph, specializing in psychiatric-mental health nursing (PMHNP), and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Pamela has worked with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, thought disorders (such as schizophrenia), and ADHD. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their journey toward enriched and meaningful lives. Her approach focuses on encouraging, empowering, and fostering resilience through collaborative, person-centered care. Pamela believes in solution-focused, collaborative work that aligns with clients' personal goals and recovery.
A Connecticut native, Pamela has lived in various parts of the country and enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and attending concerts and musicals. She values exploring new places and experiences, which has deepened her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. In her personal and professional life, Pamela is committed to supporting individuals in living authentic and resilient lives, believing that true well-being comes from embracing one's unique journey. Through her passion for mental health, she aims to help others cultivate strength and self-awareness in life’s challenges.
Lourie Bonsu

I am an EMDR Trained and a Certified Internalized Somatic Trauma Therapist "ISTT.” I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. That trauma can take any form - developmental, single-incident, or complex. Many people who have experienced trauma also face various mental health issues. I help them reclaim their lives. I have unique insight into the experiences of people who are immigrants, refugees, or survivors of sexual abuse. I invite anyone who is impacted by trauma to reach out to me so we can start your journey back to health.
